The Lily Network

This was a session for a friend who lost his younger sis to suicide. He was quite traumatized by it. Didn't believe in Hypnosis. I helped him create a room in his mind with a Blackboard where his sister could write messages for him to be read by him in his dreams.
In this quick 'n informal session, I utilize the Shock Induction Technique to put the subject quickly to sleep. The hypnosis helped him find a way to manage the stress caused by nightmares & also to give him 25 mins of deep & profound relaxation. Due to FB's 20min video length, I had to speed-up the video slightly reducing it from 25 mins.

In the video, Shock Induction occurs at 03:10. Then I deepen his trance then have him open his eyes *while remaining asleep* to witness:
12:57 - his hand magically 'floating.'
13:41 - my finger 'disappear' before his eyes.
14:07 - my finger magically reappear.
17:00 - my remote control in my hand
17:14 - my remote disappear
17:27 - remote reappear

18:40 - Wide awake with mild (natural) sleep-time amnesia.

Kenz,
The session was very good and this type of feedback from the client are very rewarding. Just a note about the induction. Some people don't like being touched. Because the session was with a friend that already trusted you the command and touching can be vey successful. For some that may have a trust issue and don't know you they may not feel so comfortable with the touching. Be careful and make sure you ask if they are comfortable with touching, if they are not comfortable with touching you can use the Ericksonian method and still have a very deep hypnosis.
