- The best thing I've EVER done for myself. For the price of a few dinners at a fancy restaurant, she has brought my mind & body upto a level that beats having meditated most of my life on the Trancendental Meditation Technique. In just one sitting, Kim put me on a exponential jump in enlightenment. I'm so much more calmer now in the same situations with the same exact people that used to piss me off before. The Lily attunement session itself was startlingly/amazingly REAL & I felt fantastic during and after the attunement. Though I've had strange (but good) stuff happen to me all my life, I was still skeptical in her skills especially regarding "ascended masters" coming in to help. She dispelled that quickly through ACTION. Moreover, she has an uncanny ability to answer my questions even before I ask them! Spirit intervention during bedtime
I put my toddler to bed last night and then my wife who was watching TV came into the bedroom around 1:10
(she likes to go to sleep watching TV and then wakes up later at night and comes to bed)
and took over the duty so I could go to my bed & gt a good night's rest.
Well, I couldn't sleep -now that my sleep cycle was disturbed.
So, I just tried to use those hypnosis visualization techniques of relaxing each limb at a time
& not wanting to get up and do something for fear of sleeping ag… Continue

Sorry it too so long to answer. But I finally got to watch your video. It seems you like to do inductions that are direct; meaning using commands which are very good but can also create resistance. When using commands we must understand that we could have a little of resistance from our own within. Did you ask your unconscious and conscious mind if they wanted to work this way? Some time the things that blocks us is our own self. Knowing Self is the journey of observing one's self on how it works and then becoming partners of ourselves. Hope this help. Love Mercy
