wow...so you are not using your glasses anymore???? Did you work up to the 30/45 minutes..or did you just start doing it for that long? does it have to be at sunrise? I have a tough time waking up so early :(

I haven’t met you in person but I wanted to write to you because I think we had a similar experience during our Teleconference today. When I reached my higher self I saw several guides in front of me, I asked if I could stay with them and they said NO! I felt embraced by them and completely at peace. I thought I had imagined the whole thing but when you spoke about your experience and how you saw the same thing, I knew that we were at the same place at the same time. Also, something else you mentioned that surprised me was that even though I was united with the group, there was an instant when I felt I was slipping and asked to stay connected to them and you saw that, you saw how I was being pulled back to the group. Isn’t it amazing how we were all connected? Anyhow, I just wanted to share that with you.
