To revise your contact information:

After you enter your information in a Reply box and Save it, you have 15 minutes to edit it again. Just click on the Reply box within your 15-minute window to enter Edit mode. If your 15-minute window is up, here's another way you can revise your information:

1) Select and highlight with the mouse your old information and copy it (Tip: hit CTRL+C to 'Copy').
2) Paste your old information into a new Reply box (Tip: hit CTRL+V to 'Paste') and then revise your information or add to it.
3) Hit the Add Reply button when you're done.
4) Delete your old Reply box.

TIP: It sometimes happens that as you are revising your listing in Edit mode, internet glitches can freeze your Reply box and cause you to loose your changes. So while still in Edit mode, save your listing before hitting the Add Reply or Save button. To save your work: after finishing your listing in Edit mode, before you hit the Add Reply or Save button, do the following: (1) with your mouse cursor still in your Reply box, hit CTRL+A to 'select All' and then hit CTRL+C to 'Copy'. This saves your information in the Clipboard. Next, (3) click on the Add Reply or Save button to publish your listing. If your listing freezes, (4) delete the frozen Reply box and create a new one. (5) Press CTRL+V to 'Paste' your saved listing in the new Reply box.
