What Spirits and Entities have you come into contact with in this life time?
Over my lifetime I have come across a number of spirits, guides, and entities in various area's of my life at different points in time. Some good, some meaning me ill will. I will list below the various entities and such that I have come across in this lifetime for me to date. These are the spirits and entities that I have been able to perceive, not the ones working under the surface of the planet, but the ones I have felt or seen at various times around me.
Negative Orion's: Around Age 5 and 6. These were humanoid higher dimensional entities that abducted me while I was in my astral body. When I was younger I lived on a military base in Virginia and on numerous occasions I had the scariest nightmares in which I would be walking around in my house and when I would get back to my room, I would go to climb into the bottom of my bunk bed (my brother had the top) and I would have my feet pulled out from under me and pulled under the bed through a portal in the wall. I would try to scream but nothing would come out. As soon as I was pulled through the wall I blacked out. It is only recently through the reconnection of my intuition that I realize this for what is was. I was walking around my house Astrally as a little kid and these negative Humanoid Orion's would come and abduct me to where ever they took me. If you look at my experience on my page concerning etheric implants, this is how they got here, I was not born with any of the negative implants. I was however born with six positive implants in me. There was usually one entity that would come grab me, occasionally two. They looked very much like the twins in the 3rd Matrix movie, the ones with the white dreadlocks. They were semi transparent bodies that would come in to abduct me. I can remember these memories clear as day. I have since broken all contracts in place with my higher self that allow negative extra terrestrials the ability to track, monitor, or interfere in my life.
Ashtar and one of his commanders aboard his ship: (few months ago). I'd requested to see Ashtar just prior to going to bed. Before I actually fell asleep I found myself in a light body on his ship conversing with him and another captain. The conversation was brief and I do not remember exactly what we spoke about, his energy was very benevolent and he had an air of compassion and strong will and determination about him. His commander or right hand man had a rather stern and hard look to him but his energy was still very much benevolent. It was a wonderful experience.
Other souls during the Galactic Infinity Gateway meditation: I was able to see about 8 or 9 other light bodies in the crystal pyramid when I was bringing this energy into my life. They looked very similar to the way I looked. This took place on the 5th dimension in a place outside of time. I wrote about this meditation in the experiences section of the forum should you care to read it.
My deceased great grandmother 3 days after she passed away: I asked to see my Great Grandma during an attunement in which I was in the I AM consciousness. She arrived and I had a brief conversation with her, she looked absolutely radiant and about 35 years younger in appearance.
Gemasa: A 12th dimensional entity that is part of a group collective of 12 entities. I went to channeling's of her about 2 years ago in Colorado. She was my first experience with channeled entities. When she would come into the channeler's body, a 70 year old woman, the energy in the room would go absolutely crazy, all the hair on your arms would stand up and it was like there was an electrical buzz everywhere that felt amazing. She was channeled the 2nd Wednesday of every month by this lady. It was a question and answer session. People would ask her questions and she would answer any questions that the people were ready and open to hearing very directly. It was not a human kind of answering, it was extremely matter of fact, it was not consoling or humanly compassionate when she answered emotionally sensitive subjects. I found out some very interesting things about me during these sessions and it brought together a lot of connections within me in the last 6 months of my life. I got to experience Gemasa last Sunday for the first time since the last time I saw her years ago in Colorado. I invited her in to a group meditation I was a part of in which in total of around 27 spirits were present to help us reach where we needed to go. She showed up and I could perceive her in a spiritual body.
6 more 12th dimensional entities from Gemasa's collective of 12 that I invited down during the last 12/8/08 Lily meditation. I invited the entire group of 12 down including Gemasa to either partake, help or observe our meditation so long as it was in our highest good for ourselves and for all of humanity. I saw 7 of them come down into the room including Gemasa about 5 minutes before we began the Miami group began the meditation. All in all 33 spirits were present for the meditation not including guides.
Gemasa's full council of 12 showed up during my Manhattan Spirit releasement so I have experienced all 12 of them.
Saint Germain: I have a few experiences of Saint Germaine, on two different occasions that I can remember he gave me reiki while I was sitting down in the reiki circles, I requested he show up and he did. He was also present at the Lily meditation last week although I could not perceive him like I could Ramon, Gemasa and Kuan Yin.
Ramon: Deceased husband of Kim and the original initiator of the Lily. He comes around every now and again and I never met him or knew him when he was still alive in a physical body. Anytime I bring him to mind he usually shows up around me and is more than happy to converse with me.
Kuan Yin: The Bodhisattva of Compassion. She is a guide of Kim and I have had the wonderful experience of being in her presence on 2 different occasions. One of which was last night. The other time was during the group meditation a week ago.
'Ra' beings: Three of these entities came and helped remove an etheric implant from my throat that was extremely troublesome and kept coming back. They live in the sun and are extremely high energy entities. They almost look like the Oscar statues only not as solid like gold, almost like a fluid kind of deep orange gold hue to them, kind of like they are melting. The energy they had around them was incredible.
Kaath Da'aer: Kaath is a higher dimension of myself. I am not sure if it is my higher self but it is certainly close. Kaath is a very androgenous looking dimension of me and when I first perceived him he/me was floating around in Kether or just above Kether of the sephirotic tree of life. I have since merged this identity within my normal perception so I no longer have to raise my vibrations upwards to perceive his/my presence at that level. Kaath almost looks like a Navy blue super hero and simply beautiful to behold, has a wicked sense of humor and can/does allow some higher sense perceptions to filter down to my lower physical body.
My Dragon: I awoke my dragon and it also usually hangs out around Kether although I have given it freedom to roam and do as it wishes. It is a decent size Blue dragon very much of the Chinese tradition. It has no wings although it can fly. It has a lot of power and wisdom about it and sometimes but not often I pull in some of its energies when I do my healings.
Noma: One of my three spirit guides and an ascended master. I met him for the first time last night in the Akashic records. Prior to last night I had only perceived my spirit guides as the balls or orbs of light that they usually inhabit atop my shoulders. I had asked to see them before but to no avail, perhaps I was not in the right place or state of mind at the time. Last night while I was in the Akashic records he showed up in and of his own accord. He was tall and very wise looking, older, almost ancient looking, long beard, wearing white robes. Noma answered some questions for me regarding my lifetime in Lemuria amongst some other things.
Two other spirits I met in the Akashic records prior to the arrival of Noma: I was sitting down at a table when two other spirits arrived and greeted me. I did not get their names but they said they had been watching and observing my life and liked what I was doing and becoming. They also answered some questions for me regarding some blueprints that dropped into my head.
My two other spirit guides that greeted me in the Lily Cloud with Noma not too long ago, one male, one female. Their names are Alerice and Kailara Del Melorana.
Two disincarnate spirits I found attached to a husband and wife while at a body talk access class Amy Freund was putting on. I did a spirit releasement on the wife first while the husband wasn't present, blasted the spirit with my Caudate nucleus, trapped it in an Etheric crystal and had some angelic beings come down and bring it back to the light so it could continue on its spiritual evolution. It didn't know what hit it. She immediately ran to tell her husband and had me check out his hands which turned out he had one also. I got the feeling that his attachment realized it's buddy was no longer around so the minute it saw me it was instantly on guard. I had him sit down, go into a slight meditative state and tried walking around him to see how the spirit would respond. It moved in the opposite direction so as I was now behind him, it moved in front of him glaring back at me. Had I tried to blast it with my Caudate Nucleus at this point it would have gotten out of the way and likely retaliated so I placed a thought in its consciousness to turn around and look at the wall so it's back would be facing me, and wouldn't you know, it did! Once I saw it turn around, I blasted it in the back of the head (to stun it) and trapped in an etheric crystal like I did his wife's spirit. When it realized what happened it was seriously pissed off but by that time there was nothing it could do about it. I had the same angelic being's, 2 of them, come down and take it back to the light as well.
6 spirits to date that were harassing a lady I met at a psychic development meetup. She is a body guard for a world renowned psychic and as such has come under attack from someone or other. She gets awoken every morning at 2:30 by them. First time I got rid of them, there were 3 of them harassing her plus the one attached to her which I did not originally pick up or realize was there. I got rid of the 3 on some plane outside of time as recommended by 3 other etheric light beings that were there to help me out. I fell asleep during this exchange of fireworks but felt my Caudate Nucleus actively engaged during this time. I woke up at 2:30 a.m. to ensure that I could find them. I conferred with my Caudate Nucleus that I had sent them up to the light. I later followed up with the lady and she said she was still being harassed. I checked on her and 2 other spirits took the place of the three I removed. I also realized at this time that she had the other spirit attached to her which I had not originally been looking for. Last night, 12/16/08, I awoke on my own at around 2:40 a.m. and the first thought that came to my mind was, time to go to work. I honed in on her, found two spirits harassing her plus the one that was attached to her. I met them on the same plane I met the original 3 and without giving any of them time to react, blasted the crap out of all three at the same time, encased them in crystals and sent them on their merry way with the help of of three angelic beings that I saw come down. I checked with my higher self this morning, three more spirits sent on their evolutionary way
A demonic entity attached to a friends mom. This one was the first intimidating entity I have crossed paths with to date. I was in FL, the entity was in NY. I was asked to help so I honed in on the person I was working on and found them along with what was attached to them. This thing was a large masculine entity that had never incarnated that looked to be 7 to 8 ft tall and was perceptively largely built, almost like I was looking at a massive body builder, kind of greenish greyish hue in color. So I don't think it was aware of my presence or if it was it certainly didn't care and shortly after arriving I left the area, asked for protection from my Guides, higher self and any and all other higher forces that serve the light for the greatest good of myself and all humanity, protected myself by wrapping myself in Gold energy, then Platinum energy and finally surrounded myself in a crystal Merkaba and went back energetically to the entity. I blasted light out of my caudate nucleus in conjunction with my third eye and heart chakra about as hard as I possibly could towards this things face and had a huge flash of gold light explode in my head, I found later this is an aspect associated with God consciousness. After the gold light cleared my vision (energetic perception) I saw the entity collapsed on the ground, literally as if it were knocked out in a boxing match, dead panned on the ground, the full length of it. I created a crystal cocoon around it, called down angelic forces and asked it be taken back to the light to continue its evolution. 2 angels came down and picked it up, as I watched it go off towards a portal it was still completely immobile.
An alien that lost it's way while exploring dimensionally and did not know where it ended up. It was lost and confused and did not have a clue as to how to get back to where it needed to go. It ended up finding Janice (on this forum) and tapping her on the head with urgency to which she asked me to perceive what exactly it was and what it wanted. It was a skinny alien of about 6.5 to 7.5 ft in height, greyish looking but not a grey and just really disoriented. Janice told God consciousness that if anything asks God for assistance, she would be more than happy to help in any way she can. This is not the first time this has happened to her. I observed (she's in Canada, I'm in Florida) as a white portal opened up next to this alien and poof! It was outta there.
Archangel Michael and Archangel Rafael. Both of them showed up at Ramon's remembrance gathering and both of which worked on me during the Core Light Healing that followed. This was my first experience with either of them. Michael thanked me for Manhattan and both him and Rafael worked on me releasing all of the emotional gunk that has been stored up inside of me and I never dealt with or never knew existed going back through all my past lives.
Mary: She showed up at the most recent lily meditation. I did not perceive her until after Kim had mentioned she was guiding the meditation after it was over. She was still in the room observing and watching us talk and mingle about 30 minutes after the meditation was finished before she left. Kim said she had a whole host with her but I did pick them up, just her.
11 diabolical entities and some wizard looking guy during the last Lily activation held by Kim. They wanted to stop the activation from taking place and were pretty much shit out of luck. They were unable to get through the protection I put around the house although they tried for 5 hours.
An entire room of ascended masters, teachers and guides that were present in a lecture room on the Lily Cloud during the February 1st Lily Meditation. They had me lie on a table in the front of the room, activated my Exomod and than lectured me on what it is, what it does, how I should use it and then had me feedback their explanation and understanding back to them.
To date that has more or less been my experiences with other spirits and entities that I can recall. Of the other spirits that were with me during the group meditation I was a part of for the November Lily meditation, only three of them I could actually perceive and recognize, the other ones I felt.

Ooh, this is a subject near and dear to my heart! I've encountered sooo many wonderful, highly evolved spirit beings in my channelings and readings. I have learned so much from them. Many of them are not famous and have no names, because celestial entities are really recognized by their sound-tones or energy signatures rather than name labels. Naturally, I can't enumerate those without names. I will enumerate those with names:

Of ETs, I've encountered the Reptilians * Antareans (from Antares) * Orion beings * ETs that look like giant praying mantis (I don't know where they are from) * ETs that look like the one created by Steven Spielberg (I heard they are a class of reptilians). There are a few other ETs I've encountered that we have no names for.
By far, the most luminous, magnanimous spiritual encounters I've had are with God, IAM, the Ineffable One. Unmatched.
I'd like to add that I encountered many of these spirit beings before I even heard of them. So, naturally, I thought I was imagining things until a book or a person would confirm that they indeed existed. For instance, in my first few encounters with Quan Yin I didn't even know who she was. I was raised Catholic so I never heard of Quan Yin. Several clairvoyants had to explain who she was and that she wanted me to know she is my guide.
Another funny example is my first encounter with Melchizedek. At that time, I never heard of him. I was performing a healing on my friend when this tall, angelic being appeared with his entourage. "Who are you?", I asked. "Melchizedek," was his reply. I said, "Could you wait here, please, for a few minutes while I call my husband?" I ran out of the room to look for Ramon (my clairvoyant husband). "Ramon", I exclaimed excitedly, "There's this tall, angelic being in the room who calls himself Melchizedek and he has a big entourage with him. Could you come and check if I'm imagining this?" Ramon replied, "No, Kim, you are not imagining it. Go back into the room. Don't keep them waiting." When I went back to the room, Melchizedek and company were still waiting. They took over the session and performed an ascension process on my friend. I was told to just sit down and watch. What a show of lights it was! A week later, I told this story to a psychic friend and she exclaimed, aghast, "You kept Melchizedek waiting?!?" I said, "Yeah, why? What's wrong? I didn't know him so I wanted to verify who he was. Who is he anyway?" My psychic friend explained that Melchizedek is one of the highest beings in God's universe, or something like that. Basically, what I did was the equivalent of making a U.S. President wait while I check him out, oblivious to the fact that he is the leader of the greatest super-power on earth.

When I was training under my late husband, Ramon Rodriguez, to do Spirit Releasement, I dealt with demons, ugly-looking negative creatures and discarnate or lost spirits. Spirit Releasement is the science of removing unwanted energies, spirits, thought forms and curses from people, places and things. It is a dangerous line of work. In our years of doing challenging Spirit Releasement work, the most insidious entities that Ramon and I have found inside people are "Shadow" entities. Some shadow entities are benign, some are nasty or malicious, and others are downright harmful. And these shadow entities lurk beneath the miens of people with spiritual intentions, kind hearts, and warm smiles.
Shadow is the unconscious part of ourselves. Our Shadow-side contains everything that we want to hide, deny, reject, dislike or repress. The reason Shadow seems so dark and hellish is because Man has stuffed everything about himself that he deems reprehensible, censurable and blameworthy into his Shadow-side. All his ugly and undesirable creations are relegated to the Shadow. Like Dorian Gray, Man made his self-portrait ugly.
"Everyone carries a shadow," Jung wrote, "and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is." From a metaphysical viewpoint, this is true. Shadow characters start out as negative thoughts and FEELINGS that you disown, reject or deny. Because thoughts and feelings are energies, when you have negative thoughts and feelings, you create negative thought-forms inside you, and self-punishment or denial shoves these thought-forms into your unconscious, Shadow side. As you indulge in habitual negative thoughts and feelings, or you engage in patterns of inferiority/superiority complex, self-abuse, self-rejection, self-flagellation and the like, the shadowy thought-form energy gets bigger, darker, denser and more powerful. Over time, it begins to form features, like an ear or nose or arm, or it assumes the form of a horrible-looking creature. The more you ignore your Shadow, the more powerful it becomes. If Shadow characters are continually ignored, they can begin to have a consciousness and a will all their own. In other words, they become independent entities that control you--your inner saboteurs who talk negatively inside your head, or "makes you do things" you don't want to. The priest committing pedophilia in secret, the married spouse engaging in an illicit love affair, the person reacting to persistent cravings for liquor, cigarettes, coffee, chocolates or junk food--all these are manifestations of Shadow in control.
By the time a shadow character has developed a consciousness of its own, it can be mistaken for a spirit attachment or spirit entity that appears separate from its host. Shadow entities are endemic to the person that created them. When spotted, they can recede within you and re-emerge later at an opportune time. Unfortunately, they cannot be removed by even the best Exorcist. I'm sorry, but smudging, exorcism, prayers, good intentions, positive affirmations, energy healing like Reiki, will only cause the Shadow entity to recede but not eliminate it. Psychological methods are needed to treat the shadow complex, combined with other physical and spiritual methods.
The only way to transform Shadow characters and Shadow entities, once you've created them, is to face them with unconditional Love. Unconditional Love entails making your Shadow your friend (not the enemy), your ally, your beloved who is one with you. Only after mending the separation between your Light and Shadow can you begin the work of rectification without sabotage. If a shadow character has already become an independent entity, unconditional Love either transforms the entity or makes it leave on its own volition.
The dross we have stuffed into our Shadow-side hides the magnificent beauty of the Shadow. In truth, the Shadow is holy. What man has forgotten is that the Shadow-side also contains the perfection, the beauty, the holiness and wealth of his eternal self which he chooses not to see for he would otherwise be heartbroken.
Shadow-work is psychological soul work. Shadow-work must be done at the levels of body, mind and soul, or success will not be realized. Shadow-work can be a long, difficult, arduous process, but the rewards are Freedom, Self-Love, Purity of Being and Oneness. To ignore the Shadow is to be the slave of one's inner demons.
If you need help facing your Shadow side, I recommend seeking the help of a psychological counselor with a Jungian background. I also highly recommend the book, "Romancing The Shadow" by Shadow-expert, Connie Zweig (www.conniezweig.com). I did my first Shadow-work without a counselor because I could not afford one. I do not recommend this way because it is a more difficult way and sometimes dangerous. One could get temporarily trapped in the inner world of one's own demons. It is easier and safer to do the work gradually and under the counsel of a Jungian psychologist or shadow expert. Now that I've given you fair warning, if you would still like to do Shadow-work on your own, allow me to suggest a few precautions which I learned from experience:
1) First and most important, for everyday that you do Shadow work, pray to God with all your might to watch over you, guide you and help you all the time. He is better than any counselor in the world. To do shadow-work without God's guidance is just downright dangerous.
2) Read the book "Romancing the Shadow" so you'll have an idea of what you're getting into, what to look for, how to do shadow work, etc.
3) have the phone numbers of people who can help you get unstuck, should you get stuck. Those helpful people may be spiritual counselors, psychological counselors, energy healers, acupuncture physicians, chiropractors, etc.
4) Have one or 2 trusted friends keep an eye on you while you do your shadow work. Shadow-work is working CONSCIOUSLY with your unconscious, but there may be times you will go unconscious without knowing it--this could mean you are stuck or going downhill and you don't know it. The job of your friends is to alert you when that happens so that you can come back out of the shadow world and take a breather, and seek help if need be.
I first entered the world of Shadows not by choice but by accident. I naively performed a ritual to get rid of all my negativity and it backfired. I inadvertently roused the anger of my Shadow. My shadow gave me all sorts of problems--relentlessly. I was desperate for help so I ran to my spiritual teacher and confessed my mistake to her. She told me to read "Romancing the Shadow", and then I asked my spiritual teacher to keep an eye on me for the 100 days that I would romance my shadow, because I could not afford a counselor.
I romanced my Shadow for 100 days and resisted every attempt to call my spiritual teacher because I did not want to bother her. Instead, I bothered God everyday and asked Him to help me. I did not have any other friend at the time who understood what I was going through, so I was basically alone with God in my shadow world. It was rough, it was difficult, it was grueling, but I made it through, by the grace of God, unscathed. There was one time I made the mistake of confronting my Shadow directly instead of indirectly, and God instantly pulled me back from what could have been a horrifying experience that I was not ready for. At the end of 100 days, I was surprised to receive a "Congratulations" card from my spiritual teacher. I wept. I was victorious, but I was glad the 100 days were over.
I don't suggest you do 100 days. I had to, only because I had no choice. By trying to get rid of my shadow I had roused its anger, so my only choices were to suffer its wrath or atone for my wrong BIG TIME. If you don't make the same mistake I did, you won't have to atone for 100 days.
At the end of 100 days, my shadow became my friend, my ally, my helper, my teacher, my informant, my beloved, my protector. And that relationship continues to this day. Because of the Holy Alliance between my Light and Shadow, many truths about the Ultimate Reality of God were revealed to me, for me to know and experience.
Through the years I continued to do light shadow-work on occasion--to uncover what is still unconscious to me. Once in a great while, I will choose to dive more intensely in my shadow world to uncover big juicy morsels, but I do that now with the help of my counselor, Connie Zweig, who wrote the book "Romancing the Shadow".
One day I sat in deep, blissful meditation, thankful to God for all my blessings, when I heard a voice in my head say, "When you prayed to God for help during your 100 days of shadow-work, do you know who God sent to help you?"
"Who?", I asked.
And the face of my helper was revealed to me... it was my Shadow.
I smiled warmly at the face of my Shadow and with all the love in my heart I said, "Thank you".

Here are the guidelines you may follow when doing Shadow work. These worked for me and I hope they will work for you:
1. Read "Romancing the Shadow". The book will help you recognize Shadow signs. This is not an easy book to read because each time you read a page, you face your own Shadow and recognize it, which causes inner stirrings or turbulence. You will probably not finish the book in 1 sitting, so read a few pages every now and then when you are ready for moments of Shadow dancing (not Shadow boxing).
2. Commit to a number of days when you will be romancing your Shadow.
3. Inform 1 or 2 trusted friends that you will be doing Shadow work. Their job and commitment is to:
(1) be a silent witness to your Shadow work. The presence of witnesses makes things REAL.
(2) flag you when you are spiraling downward unconsciously
(3) be your uninvolved, detached, distant, silent companions for the number of days that you go through your Shadow world. It is not their job to give you advice.
4. If you can afford this, check in once in awhile with a counselor (preferably one with a Jungian background, familiar with Shadow work) for advice. There are a few counselors in the Lily Network who may be able to help you in a professional capacity.
5. Make a HANDWRITTEN (not typed) love letter to your Shadow, detailing:
(1) the PROMISES you are making to your Shadow
(2) the start date and end date or your courtship with Shadow
NOTE: If it helps, post this letter where you will see it everyday to remind you of your PROMISE.
6. KEEP YOUR PROMISE.
Tips when doing Shadow work:
(1) do not confront your Shadow directly or else your Shadow work will be doomed to failure. Rather than a face-to-face confrontation, romance your Shadow as if you are 2 lovers walking alongside each other, or sitting beside each other.
(2) each time you do Shadow work, and everyday that you do Shadow work, be in Air when you meet your Shadow, or pray to your deity for assistance.

Kim,
I'm a little perplexed. The night that I came upon the idea about combining Hypnosis with Vocal and music training in trance was a night that I was absolutely sure I saw a shadow (a rarity!) on my windowsill for a second by the dining table I was sitting at with my new keyboard.
I kept feeling for hours late that night that someone was watching me from out the window (..can One locate the direction that the energy is coming from?) and then when I finally saw the shadow, that's when this pioneering thought of combining music and hypnosis formed in my mind.
So, wasn't that a helpful shadow?
Curiously, do you think it was my own or was it some spirit?

Probably a spirit, Kenz. The Shadow I refer to above is the hidden, psycho-spiritual side of you, not separate from you. It is your blind side. Spirit entities are not you.
