November 1st 2009 Lily Meditation
This was my one year anniversary for the Lily Meditations and now that I look back this marks just past the 1 Year mark for the creation of the Lily Network. Huge thank you to all of you for making this possible.
This meditation took us inward rather than upward for our meditation. It began by having everyone tune into their crown chakra and than 1 by 1 we began to merge each chakra into the one below it, grounding ourself deeper and deeper into the physical as we did it. Once all our energy was combined into our root the meditation took us to the center of the Earth where we merged as one and proceeded to travel to the Etheric city inside the Earth known as Shamballa, a spiritual focal point for much of the work on the planet that is working towards the planets evolution. This city is generally considered limited access. Once inside the city many of us went and had our unique personal experiences before undergoing the reverse process of expanding our chakras back to normal one by one and coming back to our bodies. Big thank you to everyone that showed up, huge thanks to Rina for allowing us to use her lovely house and thanks to everyone who joined us via the new conference call line or from home :)

The city I saw under the Earth actually looked a lot like this only under ground and on the Etheric plane. No mountains that I could tell. I just found this image, did not see it before the meditation.

This was a great meditation!!! The picture does resemble the city I saw..including the trees on the outskirts of the city. I did not see mountains either.
